Shipping & Return Policies
We will accept a return of your unopened product within 10 days of delivery date, please see our Returns Process below.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used. If the safety seal is broken on your product it is not eligible for returns.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
1) Email us at email@example.com to confirm that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 10-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. We will respond within a 24 hour period.
2) Once you have shipped your product it is required that you provide us with a tracking number to track you’re your return.
3) Once we receive your package verify that the package is unopened and unused, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement. This may also be dependent on your bank or card issuer.
All Gentonix products purchased via retail, Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Gentonix will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on GentonixCBD.com. Gentonix will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store, purchased from one of our distributors, or from one of our retail partners.
Shipping & Processing:
We process all orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive an automated email with tracking number from one of our carriers. Delivery may take 5-7 days from time of order processed. During high volume times it may take an additional 2-3 days. Please check to make sure you receive the correct product before opening. We will not accept returns if the seal is broken on the product.
